Remove skin from cooked chicken, de-bone, and shred chicken meat into small pieces; set aside in a bowl. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown vegetables with Italian herbs, 10 minutes or so. Add all remaining ingredients. Simmer for 20 minutes. Garnish with fresh ground Parmesan or cheddar cheese and a fresh sprig of parsley or basil.

16 oz. jar of mom&me® Premium Italian Hot Pepper Sauce 8 oz of tomato sauce (your choice)

1 – Fully cooked rotisserie chicken 1 medium size sweet yellow onion, cut into ¼ sliced

1 medium size green bell pepper, cut into ½ inch cubed

1 cup of Portabella mushrooms 4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon of Italian herbs seasoning

2 cups of fresh baby spinach 1 package Uncle Ben’s Wild Rice Blend (a precooked rice)
